The Westside Derby Dollz is a relatively new roller derby league from the West of Melbourne. We are a skater-run organization who train at the RecWest YMCA in Footscray, and hope to have a bouting team soon.
We accept Fresh Meat of all skating abilities, so long as you are over the age of eighteen and have
your own equipment (this includes skates, helmet, knee and elbow pads, wrist-guards and a
mouthguard). There are several websites listed in our links section that
offer affordable Fresh Meat packages, which include skates and the required protective gear. We
also have a very limited assortment of equipment you could temporarily borrow, but we can't
promise we will have what you need.

We also welcome visiting skaters from other leagues. We do ask that you please let our coaches know via email when you are planning on visiting.
